In Re: Prosecution Issue

In an attempt to resolve the prosecution issue before this Court pursuant to discussions of February 25, 1999, this Court, effective this date, hereby withdraws its general order of January 11, 1999 regarding prosecution. Further, this Court effective this date withdraws its general orders and Local Rules of January 15, 1999 regarding prosecution for the above reasons and further because the private attorney who was requested to prosecute has been unable to date to obtain sufficient assurance of prosecutorial immunity and because County Commission enacted at its February meeting an appropriate alternative plan for substitute prosecution if necessary. The above acts are without prejudice to re-entry.
