QUESTION: WHY HAVE YOU NOT PUBLISHED THE OFFENDING ARTICLE ON YOUR WEB SITE?

ANSWER: It is libelous. It names names and calls people guilty who have been acquitted.

Apparently the newspaper in publishing the article and the MADD lady in making her statements made a judgment that they have no assets subject to lawsuit.
